LEGAL NOTICE
Last updated: October 11, 2025
This Legal Notice applies to all persons accessing compclaimcounsel.com and any website or landing page that links to this Legal Notice (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Injured Cases LLC, doing business as Comp Claim Counsel ("Comp Claim Counsel," "we," "us," or "our"). Comp Claim Counsel is a legal marketing company and is not a law firm, attorney, or lawyer referral service. Comp Claim Counsel does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation, and does not evaluate the merits of any claim. The information contained on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only, does not constitute legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Use of the Site, submission of any form, or any communication with Comp Claim Counsel does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship may be formed only upon execution of a written retainer or engagement agreement with a licensed attorney. Any information transmitted to Comp Claim Counsel is not protected by the attorney-client privilege and is not confidential.
The Site constitutes attorney advertising. The Site is paid for by the attorneys and legal marketing partners participating in Comp Claim Counsel's advertising program, as identified on the Sponsors page, or, where a landing page identifies a specific attorney, by such attorney. The sole basis for inclusion of any participating attorney or legal marketing partner is the payment of a fee for advertising. Comp Claim Counsel does not endorse, recommend, or make any representation regarding the qualifications, experience, or competence of any participant, and nothing on the Site shall be construed to imply that any attorney is a certified specialist or expert or provides legal services of a higher quality than those provided by other attorneys. Participating attorneys are independent, are licensed only in their respective jurisdictions, and are not affiliated with one another or with Comp Claim Counsel except as participants in the advertising program. You may request a participating attorney by name and may request free information regarding any attorney's background and experience. The selection of an attorney is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements. Information submitted through the Site, including information regarding your injury, will be provided to one participating attorney or legal marketing partner, which, or a law firm with which it works, may contact you in accordance with the consent provided upon submission. Comp Claim Counsel does not guarantee that any attorney will contact you, review your matter, or agree to represent you. The collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Advertisements and content on the Site may include dramatizations, paid actors or spokespersons, stock imagery, and content created or modified using artificial intelligence, none of which depict actual clients, attorneys, or events. Any monetary figures or statistics depicted are illustrative only and do not constitute a prediction or guarantee of any result. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. References to "no fee unless you win" or similar terms refer solely to attorney fees; clients may remain responsible for costs and expenses. Comp Claim Counsel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any governmental agency, workers' compensation board or commission, employer, or insurance carrier, nor with Google, Meta, or YouTube. Deadlines for reporting a workplace injury and filing a workers' compensation claim vary by state and may be brief, and submission of information through the Site does not constitute notice to any employer or the filing of any claim. Knowingly filing a false or fraudulent workers' compensation claim is a crime. Services may not be available in all states.
California: Landing pages directed to California residents advertise a single California-licensed attorney identified thereon, who is responsible for such advertisement. Making a false or fraudulent workers' compensation claim is a felony subject to up to five years in prison or a fine of up to $150,000 or double the value of the fraud, whichever is greater, or by both imprisonment and fine. Florida: Comp Claim Counsel is not a lawyer referral service. Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive any employer, employee, insurance company, or self-insured program files a statement of claim containing any false or misleading information commits insurance fraud. Texas: Comp Claim Counsel operates as a lead generation service and not as a lawyer referral service, and does not recommend or endorse any attorney. North Carolina: Legal services for North Carolina residents are provided solely by independent attorneys licensed in North Carolina.
Comp Claim Counsel may amend this Legal Notice at any time without notice. Inquiries regarding this Legal Notice may be directed to [email protected] or (786) 767-7651.
