This page allows you to submit requests regarding the personal information collected by Injured Cases LLC, doing business as Comp Claim Counsel (“Comp Claim Counsel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), through compclaimcounsel.com and any landing page that links to our [Privacy Policy]. You may use the form below, or you may email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request,” to make any of the following requests. Requests are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do Not Contact. If you previously submitted a form on the Site and no longer wish to receive telephone calls, text messages, or emails from Comp Claim Counsel, from the participating attorney or legal marketing partner that received your information, or from any law firm with which it works, you may revoke your consent to be contacted by submitting the form below with the “Do Not Contact” option selected, by replying STOP to any text message, or by informing the caller directly. Upon receipt of your request, we will record your revocation, add your telephone number and email address to our internal do-not-contact list, and forward your request to the participant that received your information. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for all calls and text messages to cease. Revocation does not affect the validity of communications made prior to its receipt, and we are unable to recall information that has already been disclosed.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. As described in our Privacy Policy, our business consists of providing the information you submit to a participating attorney or legal marketing partner in exchange for compensation, which constitutes a “sale” of personal information under certain state privacy laws, and we use advertising technologies that may constitute “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with applicable privacy laws may opt out of such sale and sharing by submitting the form below with the “Do Not Sell or Share” option selected. If you submit this request before or at the same time as you submit a request for legal assistance, we will be unable to provide the Services to you, because the Services consist of providing your information to a participant. If you submit this request after your information has been provided to a participant, we will honor your request with respect to any future sale or sharing, will notify the participant of your request to the extent required by law, and will cease sharing your information with advertising platforms. We honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, that are recognized under applicable law with respect to the browser or device from which the signal is sent. We will process opt-out requests within fifteen (15) business days.

Access, Correction, and Deletion. Residents of states with applicable privacy laws may request confirmation of whether we process their personal information, a copy of the personal information we have collected about them, correction of inaccurate personal information, or deletion of their personal information, subject to exceptions permitted by law, including our need to retain records evidencing your consent to be contacted for the applicable limitations period and to maintain your telephone number and email address on our do-not-contact list. We will verify your identity by matching the name, telephone number, and email address you provide with the information associated with your submission and may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond within forty-five (45) days of receipt of a verifiable request, or within such other period as applicable law requires, and will notify you if an extension is necessary. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word “Appeal” in the subject line.

Authorized Agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing the agent with written permission signed by you. We may require the agent to provide proof of such authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
